Replace and treat wet rot in floor and remedial work on floor timbers: I highly recommend Aaron. He keeps you updated, he’s honest and always explains what’s going on in a way that non-experts can understand, and he really cares about delivering swiftly and to a high standard. Aaron helped us with this house previously, digging out the airflow to help us stem some wet rot we had, but we couldn’t get him back to do the full work for five years due to tenants’ furniture. Now we did, we were delighted to find that his early work had turned back the damp and the original expectation of how much work would be needed was much less – about half what we’d expected.
