Should you enter into a contract with RenderProof House Preservation Limited for the provision of our services, your contact details will be used to maintain ongoing contact until the completion of works and subsequent settlement of accounts/issue of guarantees.
Your rights and how long we hold your data
Data for clients is held for 10 years for guarantee purposes, unless you expressly request and pay the appropriate fee for an extended guarantee product. RenderProof House Preservation Limited disposes of data safely and securely. You have the right to access the personal information held about you and this will be provided within 30 days of your written request, sent to RenderProof House Preservation Limited by email. This includes reviewing for correctness, requesting correction of errors, that information cannot be used to contact you, that information be deleted from our records, and to opt-out of communication. Any information held about you will be sent to you in electronic format. We do not store credit card details. We do not sell, rent or share customer details with any third party for commercial reasons.
